Additionally, if the candidate you hire leaves your firm for any reason within the first six months of employment, we will reinstate the search for a nominal additional fee.

We conduct interviews with selected client staff to gain insights into the firm’s culture.
We review and revise job descriptions provided by client management as needed. Our team creates non-traditional job ads that differentiate your organization in the competitive job market.
We post job descriptions on various job boards and relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates. Additionally, we conduct daily online searches for resumes posted within the last 24 hours that meet your specific criteria to identify potential candidates who have just begun their job search.
We review resumes and offer recommendations to client management regarding candidates’ suitability for the role.
We also conduct initial phone interviews and report the outcomes to client management. Leveraging our deep experience and expertise, we observe candidates and provide tailored recommendations.
We verify the references of finalists and negotiate contracts with chosen candidates.
Candidates provided for interview must meet the following criteria:
They must possess the required education. They must make a reasonable personal appearance. They must convincingly demonstrate that they possess the required technical skills. They must undergo a preliminary assessment of their career goals. They must show that they are within an acceptable salary range.
Once We Interview:
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they personally like the candidate and feel that they will fit in at the firm. They must rigorously verify that the candidate possesses the required technical skills and ensure that the candidate aligns with the company’s career goals, providing the necessary skills and expertise.
