Business Growth Advisor
Many people ask me about best practices when sharing their business goals and ideas. “Should I cut costs, or invest in the business? Enter new markets or scale back operations?”
The Integrated Growth Advisors approach focuses on providing you an external view into your business by first taking an objective needs assessment. The suite of tools provided by CoreValue® Software is used to guide our advisory process.
As a result, we are able to provide feedback on business issues and challenges in a timely manner. Based on the results of the assessment, we then propose a prioritized action plan. Our advisory services help to create a business model that is sustainable and transferable–one that yields maximum value for businesses.
I believe that a sustainable company that withstands many changes over time, cannot succeed without having a solid foundation from which it can continue to support those changes.
Since change commands that we continue to innovate, adopting new business models can be risky to the core of a business. Integrated Growth Advisors is committed and experienced in building business processes that support organizational growth through innovation.
My entire career as a CPA and advisor to business executives has provided me with the ability to compare and contrast best practices of what can be done in preparing a business for sustainable growth.
Whether your goal is to transfer your family-owned business to the next generation, prepare your business for sale, or simply regain control, our ability and candid, direct approach in solving business challenges combined with building business processes allows us to assist our clients in achieving success.
