Dan McMahon is the Founder and Managing Partner of Integrated Growth Advisors. His career includes over 25 years in Chicago and New England as a CPA and business advisor with focused experience on serving professional services firms. Prior to founding IGA, he served as an Audit Partner and the Partner-in-Charge of Sales and Marketing for a $30 million revenue regional public accounting firm based in New England, where he also specialized in governance and controls.
He advises many clients in the public accounting profession on firm governance, sustainability, generational transferability, and building increased equity valuation. Dan also provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to business owners including the leaders of CPA firms.
David Landrum is Partner in charge of Client Relations at Integrated Growth Advisors and a member of the IGA Sales Compensation Advisory practice area of the firm. David works closely with C-level leadership and executives across IGA’s diverse client base to assure the appropriate resources are aligned to meet their needs and support their strategic and tactical objectives.
He brings 35 years of experience to the IGA team, including 20 years in accounting and finance and 5 years in public relations, customer satisfaction, and business development outreach.
David also establishes and nurtures relationships with CPA firms and other professional services firms, where a strategic alliance can provide mutual benefits.
Reese Bacon, Partner, is the Sales Compensation Advisory Services Practice Leader with Integrated Growth Advisors, where he serves as technical lead on sales compensation and sales effectiveness services.
Reese is an expert in field sales compensation and change management and brings over 35 years of management consulting experience to our team.
His clients span across all industries, and his offerings apply to a sales force of one to a sales force of 20,000. After many years and hundreds of client experiences, he is convinced that the primary role of sales leadership is employee satisfaction, compensation, and development. Reese has served in advisory roles for Mercer and BDO USA prior to joining Integrated Growth Advisors.
Jill Kovalich is a Partner and the Chief Marketing Officer of Integrated Growth Advisors and leads the firm’s Strategic Marketing Advisory Services. As a strategic advisor to business leaders, Jill guides the development of strategic, integrated marketing plans that create strong brands and messages to achieve or exceed clients’ sales and revenue goals.
She has over 25 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development, including 10 years in marketing management and practice growth with CPA firms. Jill has also held sales and senior marketing and positions in a number of industries including Print Technology, Financial, Translation and Localization, and Computer Training.
Jill’s focus is on making IGA’s clients agile and able to respond quickly to shifting markets with integrated marketing plans, thought leadership content strategies, functional websites, and social media presence.
